The seller can generate a call button on the web page via the code provided by TV2TEL (the key includes the seller’s product information and the seller’s TV2TEL number).
It can normally be used only after the seller provides the service supplier with the service fee for activating this function.
When the purchaser clicks the call button on the web page, a call request will be sent to the server. The server will then judge whether the seller’s TV2TEL number has the right to perform this function. If the caller does have this right, the seller will negotiate with the purchaser and then implement P2P communication with the purchaser after agreement. The seller can receive multiple purchasers or salespersons under one TV2TEL number and the system will automatically identify the free personnel and create communication with the purchaser. |
