| Remote Assistance |

After open the Remote Assistance , put your friend's TV2TEL ID in the "TV2TEL ID" text box or select one of your friends from the right side list. |

| 2. TV2TEL provides two modes for users. |
| Mode One: Watch only: by selecting this mode, your friend can synchronously view you operate local computer on he/she screen. |
| Mode two: Watch and Help: by selecting this mode, you can let your friend help you operate your computer to solve problems. |

After selecting the mode, click the "Ok" button, and then you can conduct communications. Link status in the right below will remind you when you are connected. |

| 4. When the your friend receives the query, just accept and they can start using. |
| |
|
| |
| After acceptance, the friend can view / assume control of the requesting side's desktop. |
