System Setting
 
1. Find "Setting" in main menu.
 
 
2. System setting check for sound and video related devices on your computer.
 
 
  After hear a sound, then click "Next" button.
 
 
  Click "Record test" to conduct sound record. If you can hear the recorded sound, it shows that your microphone device works well. Just click "Next" button.
 
 
  If you can see your local video on the right side, it shows that devices connectivity is fine. Just click "Finish" button.
If you can't see your local video, you may click "Reopen" button on the left side to search the video device.
 
3. Extension Setting - You can configure one ID for multi-people (appropriate for customer services hotline), and small enterprises.
 
 
  Find TV2TEL host devices, select "Login as Extension Next Time", and then input the IP address of this host.
 
 
  Then click the OK button.
You will need to reboot your computer to make changes effective .
 
4. Default Start Window: you can select login mode for the next time when try to login.
 
  Eyetel Video-Phone, Leave Message
 
 
  Select "Eyetel Video Phone", and the system will popup a login window for Eyetel Video Phone next time.
Select "Leave Message", the system will popup a login window for Offline Message next time.
 
5. Personal Setting - To modify your personal login password.
 
 
6. Join Online Area
 
  After you click the button to select Online Area, when you login next time, there will be one more group for using Online Area. This is in order to make you conduct communications with your E friends more convenient.
 
 
7. Automatic Online Upgrade
 
  1,Select "Start Software Update" and the software will automatically check for new versions. If there any new version is available, the software will prompt you with a choice to upgrade.
2,"Auto-detect for Software update Whenever Login" - After selecting this option, and when there are new versions found, the software will prompt you with a choice to upgrade when you run TV2TEL.
