2.How to create a Meeting Room?
(Each user can only have one Meeting Room at the same time)
 
Clicks the i Offices button on the menu,enters to i Offices web,through the web create the Meeting.
 
 
Setting the room information and Meeting Room information
 
I.Meeting Room name: the name of Meeting Room created by user will be displayed for other users.
 
II.Maximum participants: setting the maximum participants who can attend this Meeting
 
III.Meeting Room introduction: describe the information of Meeting content
 
 
IV. Password setting:Security room, after the Meeting Room creator has set the password,only the people who have this password can access this Meeting Room.
 
 
 
3.How to delete the Meeting?
 
Clicks the i Offices button on the menu,enters to i Offices web,through the web delete the Meeting.
 
 
 
 
4.How to enter a Meeting Room created by yourself?
 
Clicks the i Offices button on the menu,enters to i Offices web,through the web control the Meeting.
 
 
I.Meeting Room information
 
 
Meeting Room name:the name of Meeting Room will be displayed on the website.
 
 
Maximum participant:setting the maximum participant can be visited in the Meeting Room
 
Meeting Room introduction:introduce the overview of this Meeting.
 
II.Time setting
 
 
Speech Time:after entering the Meeting Room,setting the speaking time of people.
 
Blocking time:once block out of the Meeting Room by the presider,within the duration of this time set by the presider,the user can't login to this Meeting Room again.
 
No speaking:within this duration of this time,people who attend this Meeting can't speak.
 
III.Password setting
 
 
Change password:change or create a password of the Meeting Room.After this setting,the Meeting Room will be turned into Encrypted Meeting.
 
5.How to look into other Meeting Room?
 
a) Open EyeTel main menu,clicks the i Offices button,Enter the i Offices Meeting information location.
 
b) Select appropriate room,click enter button to enter this room.
 
c) By using the searing feature provided in the webpage, you can enter the EyeTel ID of the presider to perform quick search.
 
6.What rights do users have?
 
 
Apply for a speech:users can apply to speak.
 
Invite to be the speech partner:after the acquisition of the right to speak, users can select anyone on list of people who are attending this Meeting to start speaking at the same time.
 
7.What rights do presiders have?
 
 
1) Besides of the right to speak as common users,the presiders also have the right to manage rooms.
 
Finish speaking: the presider can take back the right to speak from the people who are attending this Meeting at any time.
 
 
2) Change the speaking time of current speaking people
 
 a) The presider can extend the speaking time duration of speaking people, or cut down the speaking time duration of this speaking people.
 
 b) The presider can set the mode of speaking time to be fixed mode, until current speaking is terminated.
 
3) Forbid speaking: when forbidden to speak by the presider of Meeting Room, the user can apply for the right to speak.
 
4) Set to be the vice presider: the presider of the Meeting Room can select and set one people from the list of people who are attending this Meeting to be the vice presider. The vice presider will have the same management privileges as the main presider.
